HISTÓRIA

O objetivo dos fundadores da Declive Sublime foi o de apresentar ao crescente número de adeptos do Trail Running o que de melhor o Parque Natural de Sintra tem para oferecer. Um traçado muito exigente foi desenhado em 2014, desenvolvido e adaptado posteriormente para esta prova, e inclui passagens por zonas de extraordinária beleza, apenas acessíveis aos participantes do evento. O conceito “X´treme” tem que ver com a beleza do percurso e com a sua dificuldade técnica. Não com o nível de risco para os participantes. Na sua segunda edição em 2018, foi “Campeonato Nacional de Trail”, tendo apurado os vencedores masculino e feminino para os Campeonatos do Mundo de Trail de 2019; e em 2022 foi "Campeonato Nacional de Trail Sprint".

The "X'treme" concept has to do with the beauty of the track with it's technical difficulty and the ability to overcome the challenge. Not with the high level of risk for the participants.
